BREFFO SPIDERPODIUM COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The prize consists of 1 Spiderpodium Mobile Phone Stand (not Tablet stand) per winner. Winners are drawn at random. There are 2 of each colour available on a first win first choice basis. The colours can be seen here at www.breffo.com and winners will be contacted to choose the colour dependant on what colours are left.
2. There is one set of colour Spiderpodiums allocated to Facebook entries and another set allocated to Twitter entries. Entrants are free to enter either or both competitions.
i, To enter the Facebook competition you must ‘Facebook Like' asseenonthetv.co.uk and still be ‘Liking' asseenonthetv.co.uk's Facebook page at the end of the competition on 15/06/2012. Facebook entries are unlimited, 5 extra entries are given if one of your Facebook friends enter.
ii, To enter the Twitter competition you must RT at least one competition ‘Tweet' and still be ‘following' @asseenonthetv Twitter account at the end of the competition on 15/06/2012. 1 Twitter entry is given per ‘Retweet' up to a maxmimum of 20 Retweets/Entries.
3. There is no cash alternative.
4. The prize is for use by the winner only and is not transferable.
5. Entries for the competition will close on the 15th June at 23.59 p.m.
6. asseenonthetv does not take responsibility for any lost entries.
7. By entering, participants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
8. The competition is not open to employees of asseenonthetv.
9. The competition is only open to UK and Ireland residents.
10. This promotion shall be governed and construed by English law and is run by asseenonthetv
11. The winner will be selected at random. asseenonthetv's decision will be final.
12. If you are a winner, you will contacted by Facebook email or email and you must claim your prize within 28 days of being notified. If contact is not made within 28 days, the prize will be forfeited. It is the winner's responsibility to notify asseenonthetv of any change in contact information.
